AEFA data on export 2020

This week AEFA published the latest data obtained from the dehydrated alfalfa harvest in Spain during the summer months. As we had been observing in Nafosa crops, this year’s alfalfa harvest has been of a high visual quality (green colour, good leaf retention…) and the technical specifications as well (low fibre and high protein among others…).
Moreover, the dehydration process ensures the safety and stability of the product, lower costs for handling and preparing the ration, lower risk of crossed contamination in the field as well as the homogeneity of the batches along with the possibility of having a full traceability of the product until it arrives at the client’s facilities.
